"I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was getting discouraged searching for a place with previous agents because they made me feel like a number and were pushy and not understanding. Wayne was the exact opposite and I am glad I didn't settle for an agent I was not comfortable with. Wayne takes the time to understand what you really are looking for in a home. As a first time home buyer he answered my many questions and walked me through every single page of the contract before submitting an offer. He has been in the game for many years now and knows how to negotiate a great offer. Although I was not his only client he made me feel like I was. He always answered my calls and worked around my schedule to meet. He never pushed his recommendations/contacts on me (lender, home inspector, title company etc). He would only offer his recommendations if I asked and I appreciated that. Overall Wayne is a soft spoken, funny, wonderful person and he is a genuine, flexible, patient, and reliable agent.
